Lately, there’s a lot of talk about cultural differences between groups. In the Facebook group of expats (immigrants) people often use “it’s the culture” as an argument for accepting things that people don’t like. Incontinence it’s a thing!
So, I will be sixty this year. Which is unbelievable in so many ways, that I have to repeat the cliche that “I don’t feel my age, at all.” Unfortunately, the body starts to remind you that a) you should have been doing those damn Kegel exercises more consistently and b) you can start doing them now, but the tide is against you! Moving to a new country for Love
There were those that insisted it was hormones. I had clearly lost my mind moving to a new country with no friends, no job and only an investment into a house that I hoped I could rent out. Also, I was moving and leaving a relationship; for a new relationship, with a man from the new place. It was a risk, at least. If not dangerous.
